Great brands are a product of self-discovery: what is our potential to meet and exceed consumer expecations to grow our business?

In college, David Schriber started a skateboard camp that, according to many of the kids who were there, changed what they saw was possible in skateboarding (and life). That insight launched a career at Burton Snowboards, Nike, MasterClass, and others.

Success comes from changing what companies, marketing teams, and consumers see is possible. In other words: building a brand.
